But I think as human beings generally it\u2019s too easy to point the slightly self-righteous finger. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-bZhaRfzKnu\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Are you the person that goes to the same bakery and orders the same pie every morning for morning tea?\u00a0\u00a0Are you the person who drinks the same 5 coffees every day or keeps the day going with multiple cans of E-drink?\u00a0\u00a0Are you the person who comes home at night and opens the same bottle of wine and has the same 2 glasses over dinner, 7days a week, 365 days a year?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-0AtiNbO8xZ\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">If that\u2019s you, understand that you\u2019re doing no less damage to yourself than someone who smokes anything in a rollie or abuses class A drugs \u2013 the only difference is the speed at which it kills you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-HyqDHlp1vk\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Roughly 1000 people a year die in NZ from drinking too much alcohol.\u00a0\u00a0You may think that\u2019s not you \u2013 and if you\u2019re reading this, then clearly it isn\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-e1ss4whkMP\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">But patterns become habits, and habits become addictions.
